Res 102-2022 Annual PC Replacement 144 PC from UniqueDigital 09/06/2022 Resolution No. 102-2022
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 144 Dell computer workstations from
UniqueDigital in the amount of $109,481.76
WHEREAS, the City's 2021-22 budget includes funds to replace 144 computer
workstations that are in excess of 5 years old or older and are no longer supported by
manufacturer; and,
WHEREAS, Bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the purchase
of these computers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase 144 computer workstations from UniqueDigital in the amount of
approximately $109,481.76.
