The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date, at 4-30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Roam of the Memorial Auditorium Bldg.,
with the following members present:
Lloyd C. Thomas Mayor
Roy C. Hyatt 0
W. E. (Bill) Reichmuth 0
Dr. E. Aubrey Cox Aldermen
Elie E. Lam k
Gene Liepold 0
Geo. T. Henderson City Clerk
H. A. Thomason City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Mayor Lloyd C. Thomas announced the purpose of this meeting to be the appointment
of a Judge of the Corporation Court.
Moved by Alderman Reichmuth that Titus Mitchell be and he is hereby duly appointed
Judge of the Corporation Court.
Motion seconded by Alderman Liepold and carried.
Moved by Alderman Reichmuth that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Liepold and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourn
