The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date, at 1-30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Roam of the Memorial Auditorium Bldg.,
with the following members present:

H. A. Thomason City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Mayor Lloyd C. Thomas stated this meeting had been called for the purpose of
considering changes in the current curfew ordinance.
ORDINANCE NO.1744
}� AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS ONE AND TWO OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 1731, AS AMENDED
IBY ORDINANCE NUMBER 1732, PRESCRIBING THE PROHIBITED HOURS OF THE LOITERING OF MINORS;
PRESCRIBING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Reichmutz that Ordinance No. 1741E be and the same is hereby
approved and passed as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Liepold and carried by the following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Hyatt, Reichmuth, Lam and Liepold.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Reichmuth that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Lam and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
