The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date, in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Bldg., at 4-45 o'clock
P.M., with the following members present:
Lloyd C. Thomas Mayor
Roy C. Hyatt
W. E. (Bill) Reichmuth I Aldermen
Dr. E. Aubrey Cox I
Elie E. Lam 1
Coo. T. Henderson City Clerk
H. A. Thomason City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
A quorimm being present, Mayor Lloyd E. Thomas stated this meeting had been
called for the purpose of considering an Amendment to the Curfew Ordinance.
ORDINANCE NO. 1732
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1731, PRESCRIBING
THE PROHIBITED HOURS OF THE LOITERING OF MINORS, AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS OF
MINORS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Reiciniuth that Ordinance No. 1732 be and the same is hereby
approved and passed as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Cox and carried by the following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Hyatt, Reichmuth, Cox and Lam.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Lam that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Cox and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
