August 2, 1955
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in called session
on the above date, in the Council Room of the Memorial Auditorium Bldg., at 4-30 ,o'clock
P.M., with the following members present:
Lloyd C. Thomas Mayor
Roy C. Hyatt
W. E. (Bill) Reichmuth Aldermen
Gene Liepold
Geo. T. Henderson City Clerk
H. A. Thomason City Manager
J. Walter Friberg City Attorney
Mayor Thomas stated the purpose of this meeting to be the consideration of
matters of-importance to the City.
Moved by Alderman Hyatt that the Board of Aldermen does hereby grant permission
to the City National Bank to use 6 in. of the sidewalk on Lamar Street for drive—in booth
construction for a distance of approximately 53 ft. 10 in. at the southeast corner of the
intersection of 8th & Lamar.
Motion seconded by Alderman Reichmuth and carried unanimously.
Moved by Alderman Hyatt that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Reichmuth and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
