We have checked the layout and offer no criticism. The Board of Alder- men have already made a commitment to enter into a reimbursement contract for the construction of the sewerage system required for this sub-division. It is my opinion that we can obtain better compliance with City specifications and regulations if such additions are brought into the city limits prior to the beginning of construct- ion.
