Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City's estimated annual supply
of unleaded gasoline and low sulfur diesel fuel to W. Douglas Distributing,
LTD. (d.b.a Douglas Distributing)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 8, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase fuel for the City's fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the City's estimated
annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to W. Douglas Distributing, Ltd.
(d.b.a Douglas Distributing).
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of August, 2022.
