Comments from the public to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning items not on the Planning & Zoning Commission Agenda. People wishing to address the Commission should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time frame will be adhered to for those addressing their concerns. III. Adoption of Minutes —April 13, 2022 IV. Regular Agenda Case C 22-07—9 Fenoglio Avenue Consider taking action on a conditional use at 9 Fenoglio Avenue to allow a manufactured home in a Residential Mixed Use (RMU) zoning district. Case C 22-08 — 1722 Cimarron Trail Consider taking action on a conditional use at 1722 Cimarron Trail to allow for a convenience store in a Limited Commercial (LC) zoning district. Case C 22-10 — 2201 Kemp Boulevard Consider taking action on a conditional use at 2201 Kemp Boulevard to allow for a setback reduction of 25ft. in a Commercial Corridor (CC) zoning district. Case R 22-02 —Annexation Zoning Recommendation — 6731 Southwest Parkway Consideration to recommend a zoning designation of Multi-Family Residential (MFR) and a Land Use Plan classification of High Density Residential (HDR) for a petitioned annexation at 6731 Southwest Parkway. (12.455 acres out of Block 3, League 2, Denton County School Survey Abstract Number 417 Wichita County, Texas) Case R 22-01 — 6731 Southwest Parkway Public hearing and consideration of a request to rezone +/- .545 acres of land located at 6731 Southwest Pkwy (0.545 acres out of Block 3, League 2, Denton County School Survey Abstract Number 417 Wichita County, Texas) from Single Family 2 (SF-2) to Multi-Family Residential (MFR) zoning district and amend the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential to allow for a 216 unit multi-family development.
