THENCE S 140 07' E, 101.4 feet to the Northeast.corner of Lot 3C, Parkway Addition
according to the plat recorded at Vol.24, Pages 168 & 169, Wichita County Plat
Records;
THENCE with North line of Lot 3-C, S.83' 33' W, 80.7 feet and S 500 00' W, 228.0
feet to its Northwest corner in East line of Maplewood Avenue;
THENCE with East line of Maplewood Avenue, N 50O 43, W, 16.1 feet to the beginning
of a curve to the right having a radius of 365 feet, a central angle of 500 02' and
a tangent bearing N 490 43' W at this point;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve for an arc distance of 318.7 feet to end of
curve;
THENCE with East line of Maplewood Avenue, N 000 02' E, 41.7 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 2.394 acres (104,270 sq.ft.) of land,
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
