BEGINNING at an iron rod found for the Southeast comer of said Lot 2, M & M Building & Equipment
Company Addition, being 150.0 feet East and 350.0 feet North of the Northeast intersection of 9th
Street and Beverly Drive;
THENCE N 89'54' W along the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 250.03 feet to a nail found In a
22'51' curve to the right in the East right—of—way line of Beverly Drive for the Southwest corner of this
tract; the bearing of the tangent is S 1011' E;
THENCE along said curve to the right in the East right—of—way line of Beverly Drive, with a radius of
666.40 feet for a distance of 265.81 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said Beverly Drive, N 8959' E 294.64 feet to an Iron rod found for the Northeast comer
of this tract;
THENCE S 00'04' W a distance of 164.18 feet to an iron rod found for the most Easterly Southeast comer
of this tract;
THENCE S 89'57' W a distance of 49.98 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast comer of said Lot 2;
THENCE S 00'06' W a distance of 100.32 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.74 acres, more
or less.
THEREFORE, the Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
