Whereas Thomas I. Boren and wife, Lela Boren, are the Owners of a certain tract of land sit-
uated in the R. Evans Survey A-74, in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING on the South right-of-way of U.S. Highway Nos. 277 and 82 at the Northwest corner
of Lot One, Nelson -Stone Subdivision, at a point 3699.7 feet from the East boundry line of the
R. Evans Survey;
THENCE S 15015' E 200.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S 42037' W 150.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 15015' W 200.0 feet to a point on the South right-of-way of U.S. Highway Nos. 277 & 82;
THENCE along a curve of said Highway which has a radius of 5629.3 feet and a central angle of
01031'36" a distance of 150.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.610 acre of land.
The Owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent dedicate to the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
