Hanna, Wichita Falls, Texas, Phone 766-3151, is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Blocks 14 and 15, Denton County School Land, League 1, A-58, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Block 15, D.C.S.L., Lge. 1, where it crosses the East right-of-way of University Avenue; THENCE N 89*52' E at 156.1 feet pass the Northeast corner of Block 15, which is the Northwest corner of Block 14, D.C.S.L., and continue for a total distance of 431.5 feet to a point; THENCE S 00008' E 397.9 feet to a point in the North right-of-way of Call Field Road; THENCE S 89°52' W with said right-of-way a distance of 33.25 feet to a point; THENCE N 00*08' W 209.0 feet to a point; THENCE S 89052' W 215.0 feet to a point; THENCE S 00°08' E 209.0 feet to a point in the North right-of-way of Call Field Road; THENCE S 89*52' W with said right-of-way a distance of 33.25 feet to a point; THENCE N 00008' W 150.0 feet to a point; THENCE S 89052' W 150.0 feet to a point in the East right-cf -way of University Avenue; THENCE N 00008' W 247.9 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.393 acres of land, of which 1.494 acre is in Block 14, and 0.909 acre is in Block 15, D.C.S.L.
