bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Karr Addition, as recorded in Volume
25, Page 209, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the North line of Ninth Street;
THENCE West with the said North line of Ninth Street 350.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 1, Karr Addition, said point being the intersection of the North line of Ninth Street and the
East line of Beverly Drive, a curve to the right having a radius of 666.4 feet and a central angle of 230

THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along said curved East line of Beverly Drive an arc distance of 271.2
feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, M & M Building & Equipment Company Addition as
recorded in Volume 18, Page 62, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 1, 250.2 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Lot 1, Block
2, Karr Addition;
THENCE along the West line of said Lot 1, Block 2, as follows: North 100.0 feet; East 50.0 feet; and North
164.2 feet to an iron rod at the most Northerly Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2;
THENCE N 890 54' E with the North line of Lot 1, 150.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE South with the East line of Lot 1, 514.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.38
acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks,
