Thompson, November 7, 1946 by J.B. Marlow, et ux, by deed of record in Volume 445, Page 321,
Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas:
THENCE East along North line of Ninth Street 150.0 feet;
THENCE North 150.0 feet)
THENCE West 229.4 feet to a point on the East line of Beverly Drive on curve to left of
radius 686.3 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly along curve on East line of Beverly Drive for an arc length of
