County School Land, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Highland Village
Subdivision according to the Plat of said subdivision recorded in Vol. 23, Page 221, Plat Records
of Wichita County, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 05' 00" E along the South line of said Lot 4 a distance of 305.00 feet to an angle
in said line;
THENCE N 550 49' 52" E along the South line of said Lot 4 a distance of 492.07 feet to an iron
rod in the Southwest Right -of -Way line of Professional Drive for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 420 42' 00" E along the Southwest Right -of -Way of Professional Drive 261.1 feet to a
point in the Northwest Right -of -Way line of State Highway No. 79;
THENCE S 470 18' 00" W along the Northwest Right -of -Way line of said Highway 263.7 feet to an
angle in said line;
THENCE S 470 23' 00" W along the Northwest Right -of -Way line of said Highway 961.26 feet to a
point in the West line of said Block 3, Kemp & Newby Subdivision for the South corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 000 55' 00" E along the West line of said Block 3 a distance of 750.22 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 8,779 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed. / r

UTILITY EASEMENT
The owner hereby dedicates to Texas
Electric Service Co., Lone Star Gas
Co., and Southwestern Beal Tele-
phone Co., an easement for the
purpose of construction, inspecting,
maintaining, or removing necessary
and desirable distribution systems
along, under, over, across and/or
upon Lot 5, Block 2, and the ease-
ment hereby granted shall apply to
the actual location of the distri-
bution systems when and where con-
structed, and said distribution
systems shall be and will remain the
property of the above mentioned
utility companies, and any changes
in locations after permanent in-
stallation of the systems shall be
at the owner's expense.
The owner reserves the right to use
the surface of the easement for any
use that will not, in the sole
judqment of the utility companies,
endanger or interfere with the con-
struction, reconstruction, operat-
ion, and/or maintenance of the
distribution systems; but the owner
agrees that no buildings or other
obstructions will be placed on the
easement.
The owner furthermore grants unto
the utility companies, the right,
at the utility company's option, to
abandon, either in whole or in part,
their distribution system, and/or
leave their system in place, and/or
move their system, either in whole
or in part, at which time their
services are no longer required.
