The owner reserves the right to use the surface of the easement for any use that will not, in the sole judqment of the utility companies, endanger or interfere with the con- struction, reconstruction, operat- ion, and/or maintenance of the distribution systems; but the owner agrees that no buildings or other obstructions will be placed on the easement. The owner furthermore grants unto the utility companies, the right, at the utility company's option, to abandon, either in whole or in part, their distribution system, and/or leave their system in place, and/or move their system, either in whole or in part, at which time their services are no longer required.
