UTILITY EASEMENT The owner hereby dedicates to Texas Electric Service Co., Lone Star Gas Co., and Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., an easement for the purpose of construction, inspecting, maintaining, or removing necessary and desirable distribution systems along, under, over, across, and/or upon Lot 4, Block 2, and the easement hereby granted shall apply to the actual location of the distribution systems when and where constructed, and said distribution systems shall be and will remain the property of the above mentioned utility companies, and any changes in locations after permanent installation of the systems shall be at the owner's expense. The owner reserves the right to use the surface of the easement for any use that will not, in the sole judg- ment of the utility companies, endanger or interfere with the con- struction, reconstruction, operation, and/or maintenance of the distribution systems; but the owner agrees that no buildings or other obstructions will be placed on the easement. The owner furthermore grants unto the utility companies, the right, at the utility company's option, to abandon, either in whole or in part, their distribution system, and/or leave their system in place, and/or move their system, either in whole or in part, at which time their services are no longer required.
