The owner hereby dedicates to
Texas Electric Service Co., Lone
Star Gas Company, and Southwest-
ern Bell Telephone Co., an easement
for the purpose of construction, in-
specting, maintaining or removing
necessary and desirable distribution
systems along, under, over, across,
and/or upon Lot Z, Block 2, and the
easement hereby granted shall apply
to the actual location of the dis-
tribution systems when and where
constructed, and said distribution
systems shall be and will remain
the property of the above mentioned
utility companies, and any changes
in locations after permanent in-
stallations of the systems shall be
at the owner's expense.
The owner reserves the right to use
the surface of the easement for any
use that will not, in the sole judg-
ment of the utility companies, en-
danger or interfere with the const-
ruction, reconstruction, operation,
and/or maintenance of the distribution
systems; but the owner agrees that no
buildings or other obstructions will
be placed on the easement.
