THENCE with West line of said Block 3, N 00055"E 7920O feet and N 00046"E 192.9 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 10 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose napes are subscribed thereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed,

UTILITY EASEMENT
The owner hereby dedicates to Texas Electric
Service Co., Lone Stor Gas Co., and South-
western Bell Telephoue Co., an easement for
the purpose of construction, inspecting,
maintaining, or removing necessary and de-
sirable distribution systems along, under,
over, across, and/or upon Lot 3, Block 2,
and the easement hereby granted shall apply
to the actual location of the distribution
systems when and where constructed, and said
distribution systems shall be and will remain
the property of the above mentioned utility
companies, and any changes in locations after
permanent installation of the systems shall
be at the owner's expense,
The owner reserves the right to use the sur-
face of the easement for any use that will not,
in the sole judgment of the utility companies,
endanger or interfere with the construction,
reconstruction, operation, and/or maintenance
of the distribution systems; but age owner
agrees that no buildings or other obstructions
will be placed on the easement.
The owner furthermore grants unto the utility
companies, the right, at the utility company's
option, to abandon, either in whole or in part,
their distribution system, and/or leave their
system in place, and/or move their system, either
in whole or in part, at which time their strvices
are no longer required,
