Young is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in the Thomas Curry
the City of Wichita Falls, described as follows:
BEGINNING on the Northwest right-of-way of U. S. Highways 277 and 281 at a point North
5353.3 feet and East 2511.3 feet from tho Southwest corner of the Thomas Curry Survey, A-344;
THENCE West 150.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to.a point;
THENCE East 180.1 feet to a point on the Northwest right-of-way of said Highways;
THENCE Northerly with a curve to the left which has a radius of 2217.01 feet a distance of
153.3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.570 acre of land.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
