BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, County Farm Addition, Wichita
Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 232, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being
in the East line of Armory Road. for the Northwest corner of this tract:
THENCE S 88" 46' E with the South line of said Lot 4, a distance of 395.1 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 4, from which an iron rod bears West 3.5 feet, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00 03' W a distance of 443.3 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Opportunity
Drive, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 02' W with the North line of Opportunity Drive a distance of 395.1 feet to a drill hole
found in concrete, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01 ° 03' E with the East line of Armory Road a distance of 445.1 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 4.029 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
