Volume 22, Page 168, Wichita County Plat Records, said beginning point being in the South line of 30th Street
and 395.1 feet East of the East line of Armory Road;
THENCE S 010 03' W with the West line of said Block 5, at 855.1 feet passing its Southwest corner, continuing
S 010 03' W, in all a distance of 963.7 feet to an iron rod, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with fence N 890 49' W 395.1 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Armory Road, for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 010 031 E with the East line of Armory Road, 962.5 feet to the South line of 30th Street for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 59' E with the South line of 30th Street, 395.1 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
8.74 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duiy authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements, arc, public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
