Beginning at a point in said Block 6, said point bears East
200 feet and South 46 02' East 27.9 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Block 6 and the Southwest corner of said Block
3, said point also being in the North right-of-way of U.S. 281

Thence South 466 02' East 202.7 feet along said North right-of-way
line of U.S. 2816 287 Expressway to a point for corner;
