Whereas, City Concrete, Inc., is the owner of a certain tract of land in the A. DIINI.AVEY SURVEY, Abst. No. 60,
Wichita County, Texas and described by metes and bountt as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Nest R/W line of Sheppard Access Road N 12o 46' W 860.0 feet from the center of the
main canal of Wichita County Water Improvement District No. I where the center of said canal intersects the
West R/W of said highway, said point being the Northeast corner of a tract owned by Dowell, for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 120 46' W along the West R/W of said highway 325.0 feet to the Southeast corner of a tract owned by
L R. Ray, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 770 14' W along the South line of said Ray tract 38T.2 feet to its Southwest corner in the East line
of a 25 foot wide Sinclair Pipe Line Company easement for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 120 46' E along the East line of said pipe line easement 325.0 feet to a point on the North line of
said Dowell tract for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 770 14' E along the North line of said Dowell tract 387.2 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 2.89 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a
duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and considerations, therein expressed.
