Whereas Ralph E. Fehr, John Q Pate, and James W. Fehr are the Owners of a certain tract of land
situated in the Thomas Curry Survey, A-344, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING in the middle of Puckett Road on the North Boundary line of the Thomas Curry Sutvey,
A-344, at a point East 140.1 feet from the Northwest corner of said Survey;
THENCE East with said Survey line 209.93 feet to a point;
THENCE S 00036' E 644.4 feet to a point;
THENCE West 350.03 feet to a point in the East line of a 20 foot alley;
THENCE N 00.36' W 6.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 140.1 feet to a point;
THENCE N 00936' W 638.4 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.125 acres of land.
