Sunset Drive and 475.5 feet North of the
North R.O.W. line of Fifth Street;
THENCE West 140 feet to a point;
THENCE North 150 feet to a point;
THENCE East 140 feet to a point in the West R.O.W. line
of Sunset Drive;
THENCE South 150 feet to the point of beginning and
containing .48 acres of land.
