of this tract,
THENCE North along the East Right -of -Way line of Lobban Lane 139.4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.579 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shorn on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
