Estate Partition as recorded at Vol. 103, Page 227, Wichita County Deed Records, said beginning point being
in the West line of Lela Lane and 69915 feet East from the centerline of Beverly Drive;
THENCE with West line of Lela Lane North 200.0 feet to iron rod at the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed
from Mildred Alice Jones England and Husband B. R. England to Charles J. Brieck and Wife Geat L. "Jane"
Brieck;
THENCE S 890 52' W 80.0 feet to iron rod at the Northwest corner of Brieck tract;
THENCE South 200.0 feet to iron rod in North line of Jacqueline Road at Southwest corner of Brieck tract;
THENCE N 890 52' E 80.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.367 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
