corner of this tract; I
THENCE South 139.4 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 180.9 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way line of Lobban Lane, the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE North along the East Right-of-way line of Lobban Lane 139.4 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.579 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
