Whereas Hursh Estate, Carl Aldrich Hursh, Frank H. Hursh, Jr., Elizabeth Louise
Smith, Christine Hursh Smith, and William Brewster Hursh, 1506 Hursh Street, Wichita
Falls, Texas are the Owners of a certain tract of land situated in Block 6, Cherokee
County School Land, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East R.O.W. line of Expressway 281 Access Road and
the North R.O.W. line of Hatton Road, said point being N 07019' W, 42.81 feet and
S 88.56' E, 411.35 feet to the Southwest Corner of Block 6, Kemp and Newby Subdivision,
Cherokee County School Land;
THENCE N 07*19' E along said R.O.W. line a distance of 10 feet to a point;
THENCE N 41°50' W along said R.O.W. line a distance of 41.5 feet to a point;
THENCE N 10*17' E along said R.O.W. line a distance of 190.1 feet to a point;
THENCE S 82"22' E, 202.1 feet to a point;
THENCE S 09*121 W to a point in the North R.C.W. line of Hatton Road a distance of
207.8 feet;
THENCE N 88°39' W along said R.O.W. line a distance of 175 feet to the point of begin-
ning and containing 1.00 acres of land.
The Owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent dedicate to the public use forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
