County School Land, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East R.O.W. line of Expressway 281 Access Road and
the North R.O.W. line of Hatton Road, said point being N 07°19' W, 42.81 feet and
S 88.56' E, 411.35 feet to the Southwest Corner of Block 6, Kemp and Newby Subdivision,
Cherokee County School Land;
THENCE N 10*20' E along said R.O.W. line a distance of 10 feet to a point;
THENCE N 41*33' W along said R.O.W. line a distance of 41.5 feet to a point;
THENCE N 10"17' E along said R.O.W. line a distance of 190.1 feet to a point;
THENCE S 81.54' E, 202.1 feet to a point;
THENCE S 09*00' W to a point in the North R.O.W. line of Hatton Road a distance of
207.8 feet;
THENCE N 88"39' W along said R.O.W. line a distance of 175 feet to the point of begin-
ning and containing 1.00 acres of land.
