26, Page 81;
THENCE S 080 50' W, 60.75 feet to South line of Brookdale Drive;
THENCE Northwesterly with a curve to the right having a radius of 286.8 feet and a central angle of
47° 55' for a distance of 239.85 feet to end of curve;
TIIFI4CE N 2S° 04' W, 229.2 feet to Southwest corner of Brookdale Street right-of-way dedicated with
Lot 3, Block 7 as shown on plat recorded at Vol. 24, Page 349, Wichita County Plat Records;
Tl1ENCE N 890 52' E, 66.2 feet to Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 7;
THENCE S 250 04' E, 201.3 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE Southeasterly with a curve to the left having a radius of 226.9 feet and a central angle of
45° 43' for a distance of 181.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.587 acre of land.
TIEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the -public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, -easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
