BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 2, Southwest
Parkway Center Addition, said rod is also in the South line of Southwest Parkway,
THENCE N 89'59' E with the South line of Southwest Parkway, at 141.60 feet pass a spike
mall set, and continuing on some course, In all a distance of 1413.60 feet to the Northeast
comer of said Lot 1, for the Northeast corner of this tract, said corner is in the West line
of Brookdole Drive;
THENCE S 01'03' E with the West line of Brookdole Drive a distance of 23.64 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 225.00 feet, on iron rod found bears S
89'59' W 0.50 feet;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along the West line of Brookdole Drive with said curve to
the left an arc distance of 98.01 feet (chord = S 12*34' E — 97.24 feet) to the end of
curve, an iron rod found bears S 63.46' W 0.44 feet;
THENCE S 25'05' E with the West line of Brookdole Drive a distance of 67.41 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 1, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'51' W with the South line of said Lot 1 a distance of 5.52 feet to a nail found
at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2—A, for on angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 25'05' E with the West line of Brookdale Drive a distance of 110.10 feet to an iron
rod found at the Southeast comer of sold Lot 2—A;
THENCE S 64'56' W along the South line of Lot 2—A, a distance of 145.01 feet to an iron
rod found in the East line of a 20 foot wide alley, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 25'07' W with the East line of said alley, at 143.71 feet pass an iron rod set, and
continuing on some course, at 177.53 feet pass an Iron rod found, and continuing on some
course, in all a distance of 250.43 feet to an iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00.08 ' W with the East line of said alley a distance of 113.95 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.127 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
