Addition according, to plat recorded in Volume 26, Page 139 of Wichita County Plat Records, said iron
rod being the Southwest corner of Lot I, Block 2 of said Addition;
THENCE N 890 fit' E. with the North line of said Lot 2, H distance of IR0.0 feet to it point in the West
line of Brookdale Drive;
THENCE with the West line of Brookdale Drive S 250 117' E 368.05 feet to the heginning of a curve to
the left having it radius of 286.R feet and a central angle of 070 33' 41"; Thence with said curve to the
left an arc distance of :37.85 feet, the Southeast corner of Lot 3:
THENCE S 030 151 301' W with the South line of Lot 3, it distance of 147.6 feet to an iron rod in the East
line of a 20 foot alley, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 250 07' W with the Fast line of allev 475.55 feet to the PLACF OF BLGINNING and containing
1.464 acre of land.
