line of Kingston Drive as shown on plat of record at Volume 25, Page 207, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with West line of Kingston Drive, S 08' 50' W 201.65 feet to an iron rod set N 080 50' E 20.0
feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 17, Block I, University Park, Section D-1 as shown on plat of record
at Volume 8, Pane 27, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with North and East lines of alley N 791 25' W 156.3 feet and N 250 07' W 722.55 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Southwest Parkway Center Addition as shown
on plat of record at Volume 16, Page 19, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with South line of said Lot 1, N 890 52' E 165.5 feet to a point in the West line of Brookdale
Drive;
THENCE with the West line of Brookdale Drive S 250 07' W 35.4 feet; S 890 52, W 5.5 feet and S 250
07' E 330.65 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 286.8 feet and a central anale
of 47° 55'; Thence with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 239.85 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 2.757 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains and public nlaras thereon shown for the nurnoses and considerations therein
