A tract of land out of the O.H.P. Davis Survey, A-65, Wichita County, Texas, and being more commonly known
as Lots 19, 20, 21, & 22. Block 15, Unit Two, Midwestern Park, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the Southeasterly right-of-way line of Maplewood Avenue, a dedicated
street, said iron rod being the Northeast corner of Block 14, Midwestern Park, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and the Northwest corner of said Block 15, Unit Two, Midwestern Park, for the Northwest corner and
Place of Beginning of this Description;
Thence in a Northeasterly direction along said Southeasterly right-of-way of Maplewood Avenue as follows:
North 600 191 00" East 172.60 feet to -a 1/2" iron rod for a point of curvature:
in a Northeasterly direction along a 10.334 degree curve to the left, having a central angle of
120 501 29" and a radius of 554.43 feet, a distance of 124.26 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the
Northwest corner of Lot 23, said Block 15 and the Northeast corner of this tract:
