THENCE S 89° 28, E with the South line of Eureka Plaza a distance of 335.0 feet to an iron
rod at the Southeast corner of Eureka Plaza;
THENCE S 13. 16, W a distance of 104.16 feet to an iron rod for an angle point;
THENCE S 29' 341 E a distance of 161.17 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of
Lot 3, Block 22, Midwestern Park;
THENCE S 69. 39. 05' W with the North line of Lot 3, a distance of 242.41 feet to an iron
rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, said point being in the North line of Plaza Parkway,
a curve to the left;
THENCE with said curve to the left having a radius of 217.51 feet and a central angle of
49. 54' 39" for an arc distance of 189.47 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.232
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
