BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Block 6, Midwestern Park, as shown on plat
recorded at Volume 24, Page 36, Wichita County Plat Records, also being the Northwest corner of Lot
26, Block 1, Midwestern Park, Unit 1;
THENCE S 26' 17' E 162.42 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of All Saints Episcopal Church
tract;
THENCE S 00' 19' W 419.7 feet to the Southwest corner of church tract in the North right-of-way line
of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE in a Westerly direction along the North right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway as follows:
along a curve to the left with a radius of 5789.58 feet for an arc distance of 439.58 feet to an iron
rod found at point of tangency, and N 89' 33F W 266.8 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner
of Block 6;
THENCE along the East line of Elmwood Avenue 60 feet wide right-of-way, N 00' 27, E 174.52 feet to
an iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 289.66 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly with said curve for an arc distance of 168.08 feet to an iron rod at the
Northeast corner of Block 6;
THENCE S 57' 47' E 83.44 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 36, Block 1, Midwestern
Park, Unit 1;
THENCE with the South line of Midwestern Park, Unit 1, N 63' 43' E 575.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 6.61 acres of land, more or less.
