Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod being the Intersection of the north right-of-
way line of Elmwood Avenue North and the West right-of-way line of Maplewood Avenue,
said 1/2 Inch iron rod being the southeast corner and place of beginning of this
description;
Thence along said north rlght-of-way line of Elmwood Avenue North as follows:
South 63" 33' West 62.903 feet to a 1/2 Inch iron rod for a point of curvature;
thence In a westerly direction along a 19.130 degree curve to the right having a
radius of 299.513 feet, and a central angle of 26" 541, a distance of 140.619 feet to
a 1/2 Inch Iron rod for a point of tangency; thence North 89" 33' West 16.478 feet to
a 1/2 Inch iron rod for the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 040'05' 19" West, leaving said north right-of-way Ilse, 'a distance
of 225.0 feet to a 1/2 inch Iron rod for the northwest corner of this tract;

above mentioned west right-of-way line of Maplewood Avenue for the northeast Corner
