A tract of land out of the O.H.P. Davis Survey, A-65, Wichita County,
Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a 112 inch iron rod being the point of intersection of
the south right-of-way line of Plaza Parkway and the east right-of-way
line of Maplewood Avenue, said 112 inch iron rod being the northwest
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said south right-of-way line of Plaza Parkway, North 76'
42' 44" East 200.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the northeast corner
of this tract;
Thence leaving said south right-of-way line of Plaza Parkway, South
20' 47' 32" East 240.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod being the southeast
corner of this tract;
Thence South 69` 15' 19" West 203.10 feet to a 112 inch iron rod
lying in a curve in said east right-of-way line of Maplewood Avenue, said
112 inch iron rod being the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Maplewood Avenue as
follows:
Thence along a 10.334 degree curve to the left, having a radius
of 554.43 feet, and a central angle of 03' 13' 47.81", a total dis-
tance of 31.26 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being a point of tangency;
Thence North 20° 47' 32" West 153.28 feet to a 112 inch iron rod
being a point of curvature;
Thence along a 6.775 degree curve to the right, having a radius
of 845.69 feet, and a central angle of 05' 31' 32.58", a total dis-
tance of 81.56 feet to the place of beginning and containing 51,110
square feet, or 1.17 acres of land, more or less.
