Texas; said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a 112" iron rod set in the south right-of-way line of East Elliott Street, a dedicated street to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said 112" iron rod bears South 78' 42' 17" East, a distance of 1,511.6 feet from the northwest corner of said O.H.P.
