FIELD NOTES
A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 33, 34 and 35, Midwestern Park, Unit Two, an ad-
dition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically de-
scribed by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod being the point of intersection of the east right-of-way line of
Marika Circle and the north right-of-way line of Elmwood Circle North, said iron rod being the south-
west corner of said Lot 33, Block 2, Midwestern Park, Unit Two, said iron rod also being the south-
west corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said east right-ot-way line of Marika Circle, North 27' 48' West 128.81 feet to an
iron rod for a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said east right-of-way line, and along a 17.362 degree curve to the left,
having a radius of 330.00 feet and a i-entral angle of 07° 39' 01.9", a total distance of 43.20 feet
to an iron rod for a point a: reverse curvature;
Thence along said east right-ot-way Line, and along a 45.837 degree curve to the right, having a
radius of 125.00 feet and a central angle of 31' 46' 39.2", a total distance of 69.33 feet to an iron
rod, said iron rod being thr northwest corner of said Lot 35, Block 2, Midwestern Park, said iron rod
also being the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence Leaving said east right-ot-way line of Marika Circle and along the north line of said Lot
35, Block 2, North 87' 28' East 144 82 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the northeast corner
of said Lot 35, Block 2, said iron rod also being the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the east lines of said Lots 33, 34 and 35, Block 2, South 27. 48' East 178.91 feet
to an iron rod lying in said north right-of-way line of Elmwood Circle North, said iron rod being the
southeast corner of said Lot 33, Block 2, said iron rod also being the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Elmwood Circle North, South 62° 12' West 134.81 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.65 acre of land, more or less.
