and being more specifically described by metes and hounds as fml Lows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod in a curve ,n the south right of way line
of Elmwood Avenue North, said iron rod bears South 00 deg 30 min 10 sec West
1,961.15 feet and South e9 deg 2B min East 654.76 feet from the Northwest
