Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:

accurate field survey 0f the land under my per sons supervision on February 25,
1971; and that all information shown is true and correct; and that all monuments
shown thereon were properly placed under my personal su pervisIon, in accordance
with the subdivision regulations of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.

Begin at a point in the said O.H.P. Davis Survey, said
point being in the most Easterly West line of Midwestern
Park, Unit One, said point also being the Northwest corner

Thence along the West and North lines of said Block 3
as follows: North 200 28' East 73,11 feet to a point of
curvature; along a 17.353 degree curve to the left 86.25
feet to a point of tangency; North 050 30' East 263.51
