A tract of land out of the J.A. SCOTT SURVEY No. 7, A-295 and the O.H.P. DAVIS SURVEY, A-65, Wichita County, Texas
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North right—of—way line of Southwest Parkway (F.M. 369), said point being the South —
seat corner of a certain Mumble Service Station tract owned in fee by D.A. Witt; said point bear+ South 770 10' 25' East
I851.98 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned J.A. SCOTT SURVEY 010. 7 for the most southerly Southwest
corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence North 000 27' East along the East line of the above said Humble Service Station tract, at 150.00 feat pass
the Northeast corner of said Humble tract; said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 4, block 7, Midwestern Park.
.n addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas; and continuing along the East line of said Lot t, Block 7, for a total
listance of 319.57 feet to a point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 4, Block 7 for an ell corner of this tract;

[he East right—of—way line of Maplewood Avenue, a dedicated street, for the most westerly Southwest corner of this tract;
