Company tract as recorded in Vol. 1004, Page 179; Vol. 1004, Pape 210; and
Vol. 1142, Page 213 of the Wichita County Deed Records; said pain) also being
the Southwest corner of Lot 15, Block 18, Midwestern Pagk, an addition to the
City of Wichita Fail@, Texas; said point bears South 00 3D' 30' Yant 1330.36
feet and South 89 8' Eeat 133. 99 feat from the Northwest corner of the above
mentioned 0. H. P. gavie Survey for the Northwest corner and place of beginning
of this tract;
