A tract of lend out of Midwestern Park, Unit Two, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
out of the O.H.P. DAVIS SURVEY, A-65, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more commonly known as Lots
42, flock 3, of the above mentioned Midwestern Park, Unit Two, said tract also being more specifically
described by metes end bounds es follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Elmwood Circle North and the
East right-of-way line of Miller Road, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 42, Block 3, and
the Northwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along the above mentioned South right-of-way line of Elmwood Circle North, North 620 12 East
182.14 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of Lot 41, Block 3, said point also being the Northeast corner
this tract;
Thence, leaving said South right-af-way line, South 270 48 East 168.61 feet, along the West line of

the Southeast corner of this tract;
