A tract of land out of the J.A. Scott Survey, No. 7, A-295, Wichita County, Texas, and being
more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East right—of—way line of Maplewood Avenue, a dedicated street,
said point also Iias in the North line of a certain Humble Sery icf Station tract and Deers
South 810 04' 53" East 1629.86 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned J.A. Scott
Survey, No. 7, far the Southwest corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence along the above said East right—of—way line of Maplewood Avenue as follows:
North 000 26' East 38.53 feet to a point of curvature;
In a Northerly direction along a 6.092 degree curve to the left, having a radius of 940.54
feet, a distance of 131.47 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
