A tract of land out of the 0. H. P. Davis Survey, A-65, Wichita County,
Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the South right-of-way line of East Elliott
Street, said point bears South 000 30' 10' West 199.29 feet and South
890 28' 00' East 126.00 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned
O.H.P. Davis Survey, A-65, for the Northwest corner of this tract and place
of beginning of this description;
Thence along the Sot,th right -of -ray line of the above mentioned East
Elliott Street, South 890 51' DO" East 199.82 feet to a point for the North-
east corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said right-of-way line, South 000 DO' 46' West 200.00
feet to a point for the Southeast corner of t'nis tract;
