UTILITY EASEMENT
The owner hereby dedicates to the electric utility, the
gas utility, sanitary sewer, water, and the telephone utility,
an easement for the purpose of constructing, inspectin?, main-
taining, or removing necessary and desirable distribution
systems along, under, over, across and/or upon the open area
°LOT 1, BLOCK 26, MIDWESTERN PARK", said distribution systems
shall be and will rams in the property of said utility companies.
The owner reserves the ri pht to use the surface of the
easement for any uses that will not, in the sole Judgement
of the utility companies, endanger or interfere with the

N of the distribution systems; but the owner egress that no
building or other obstructions will be placed on the easement.
The owner further grants unto the utility companies, the
right, at the utility companies option, to abandon, either in
whole or in part, their distribution system, and/or leave
their system in place, and/or remove their system, either in
whole or in part, at which time their services are no longer
required.

A tract of land out of the O.N.P. Davis Survey, A-65, Wichita County, Texas, and being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of Taft Boulevard, said point bears South 000 17' West
1751.2 feet and North 890 43' West 45.0 feat from the Northeast corner of said O.N.P. Davis Survey,
said point also bears North 890 43' West 90.0 feet from the point of intersection of the East right-
of-way line of Taft Boulevard and the South right-of-way line of Barbados Drive for the Northeast
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the West right-of-way line of Taft Boulevard as follows: South 000 17' West 225.2
feet to a point of curvature; in a Southwesterly direction along a 6.235 degree curve to the right,
having a central angle of Ito 08' and a radius of 918.99 feet, a distance of 178.6 feet to a point of
tangency: South 110 25' West 148.1 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 090 43' West 989.2 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 460 53' West 26.6 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 430 D7' East 142.6 feel to a point for corner;
Thence North 650 22' East 59.3 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 240 38' West 130.0 feet to a point in the South right-of-way line of Barbados Drive
for corner;

560.0 feet to a point of curvature; in an Easterly direction along a 11,495 degree curve to the
