feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 12. for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 64' 15' 52" E, with the North line of said Lot 12. a distance of 168.73 feet to an
iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 1001.87 feet, said
rod being the Northeast corner of said Lot 12, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with the East line of said Lot 12 and with said curve to the left, an
arc distance of 71.73 feet (Chord = S 25' 10' 30" E - 71.72 feet) to an iron rod found
under concrete at the end of said curve, for an angle corner of said Lot 12 and an angle
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 26' 00' 13" E. continuing with the East line of said Lot 12, a distance of 73.92
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.62 acre of land.
